Fredon offers a comprehensive Managed Service offering to support all operational aspects of technology management, maintenance, support and professional services. Our Managed Service is designed to provide enhanced support for the internal operational team or to provide a full outsourced model. 

Our Managed Service offering is unique in the marketplace in that it provides services and management options across three key disciplines of Building Services, Communication Services and Guest Relations. These three support areas may include any combination of the following services:

Key Support Services

  • Building Services                     - Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Security
  • Communication Services         - Telephony, Audio Visual, Wireless, Video Conference
  • Guest Support Services           - Video Conference, Room Setup & Co-ordination

The Managed Service product can include any of the above Key Support Services that may be configured into three Service Delivery Models.

Bundled Service Level Agreement

Bundling key support services (above) will provide the opportunity to reduce operational costs under a single service agreement.

Remote Management

Monitor, manage, and maintain technology devices remotely. Qualified Fredon Engineers can manage and maintain equipment remotely without the need to attend site. In the circumstances that an issue cannot be resolved remotely an engineer will be dispatched to site.

Outsourced Team

Our Onsite Technology Support is geared to provide the skilled resources at your site to deliver the services required to fulfill the organizations service delivery requirements. The Service Delivery Models are also supported by Fredon’s Professional Services Team and may be included as a component of the Managed Service Offering.
