Congratulations to Jennifer Green, who was acknowledged with the Finalist Administration & Support Roles Award at the AMCA WA Australian Industry Excellence Awards 2022.
Jennifer, who joined Fredon in 2013 as a Project and Contracts Administrator on Perth’s Children’s Hospital Project, was recognised for achieving excellence in her day-to-day activities in the WA Mechanical business, in her role as Project Administrator and supporting the business in Commercial Management.
Jenn plays a vital role in financial reporting, with some of her work including simplifying complex cost reports to layman language, improving current systems and efficiencies, and training Project Managers to become competent and confident in their financial reporting. Jenn was also recognised for her role in submitting professional bids and her willingness to lend a helping hand to the other departments.
