Opened in 1974, and designed by Harry Siedler, the Edmund Barton building underwent an extensive refurbishment.

Fredon completed the mechanical works in under nine months. The project required the highest level of communication, management and resources and the design incorporated heritage considerations.

Following the handover of this project, Fredon was engaged to provide HVAC service and maintenance for the facility.
