The Meadowbank Education and Employment Precinct is part of the NSW Government’s 4-year investment in the State’s public education. The new development will see a multilevel, integrated school building to cater to 2,620 primary and high school students and multi-purpose learning and recreational spaces.

Fredon was engaged in the Design and Construction of the Mechanical services, where most of the mechanical components were preassembled offsite, per the project’s scope. These works included:

• Prefabrication of refrigeration risers in frames.
• Prefabrication of Condensing Unit (CU) modules for the roof – including all units, pipe, electrical, Mechanical Services Switch Board (MSSB).
• Preassembled Fan Coil Unit (FCU)

The education facilities were completed in 2022.
